Simone Turnone is the founder of Optiturn — an Executive Infrastructure Advisory boutique specialising in Delivery Governance, Project Recovery and Board-level advisory for complex infrastructure programmes.
With 19+ years of on-the-ground delivery across 14 countries in Europe, MENA and GCC, his work spans grid infrastructure (HV/MV up to 400 kV), energy generation, data centres and major capital programmes — from FEED to commissioning, across EPC and EPCM delivery models.
